What Youll Do

• Incoming Material Management: Manage incoming material receipt activities and ensure timely processing of all inbound materials, focusing on accuracy and efficiency to support uninterrupted production operations.
• GRN Processing: Perform Goods Receipt Note (GRN) transactions in SAP EWM/ECC daily, maintaining accurate inventory records and ensuring compliance with quality standards.
• Inventory Control: Monitor inventory accuracy through stock verification, reconciliation activities, and inventory reporting to maintain optimal stock levels and support manufacturing needs.
• Production Support: Execute goods receipt and goods issue transactions for production orders, ensuring materials are available when needed to avoid production delays.
• Quality Coordination: Verify incoming materials and coordinate with the Quality team to ensure QC-cleared materials are transferred for put-away, maintaining high standards of quality compliance.
• Documentation & Reporting: Prepare daily inventory and warehouse operation reports, process Job Work Challan (JWC) transactions, and maintain associated documentation and reconciliation records.
• Warehouse Operations: Operate RF scanners to perform warehouse transactions and inventory movements, supporting cycle counts, stock audits, and inventory control activities.
• Safety & Compliance: Maintain compliance with safety, SHE, and 6S standards within the workplace, supporting internal and external audits by maintaining accurate records and documentation.
• Travel Requirements: Minimal travel expected; primarily onsite role supporting the Bangalore plant.
