Job Description
- Role Overview:
You will be responsible for providing customer service via phone calls and chats. Your main goal will be to effectively deal with customers, identify and assess their needs to achieve satisfaction, and take care of after-sales services. Building sustainable relationships and trust with customer accounts through open and interactive communication will be crucial in this role. Additionally, you will be answering calls professionally to provide information about products and services, take/cancel orders, or obtain details of complaints. Keeping records of customer interactions and transactions, including details of inquiries, complaints, and comments, as well as actions taken, will also be part of your responsibilities.
Key Responsibilities:
- Support and provide customer service via phone calls and chats
- Effectively deal with customers, identify and assess their needs
- Take care of after-sales services
- Build sustainable relationships and trust with customer accounts
- Answer calls professionally to provide information, take/cancel orders, or obtain details of complaints
- Keep records of customer interactions and transactions
- Refer unresolved customer grievances or special requests to designated departments for further investigation
Qualifications Required:

- Bachelor's degree preferred
- 1 year of customer service experience preferred
- Proficiency in Hindi and English preferred
Work Location:
This is a full-time position that requires in-person work.,
