Job Description
- As a Customer Service Representative, you will be responsible for providing support and assistance to customers through phone calls and chats. Your primary goal will be to effectively address customer inquiries and needs in order to ensure their satisfaction.
You will handle after-sales services to ensure that customers" post-purchase needs are met to their expectations. Building strong and sustainable relationships with customer accounts through open and interactive communication is a key aspect of this role.
In your daily tasks, you will answer calls in a professional manner to provide information about products and services, process orders, cancellations, and address any complaints or concerns that customers may have. It is important to maintain detailed records of all customer interactions, including inquiries, complaints, comments, and the actions taken to resolve them.
If any customer grievances or special requests remain unresolved, you will be required to escalate them to the designated departments for further investigation and resolution.

This is a full-time position that requires working in rotational shifts. The ideal candidate will have a Bachelor's degree, though it is not mandatory. Prior experience in customer service for at least 1 year is preferred.
Proficiency in both Hindi and English languages is also preferred for effective communication with customers. The work location for this role is in person, ensuring direct interaction with customers to provide the best possible service.,
