Job Description

We are looking for a Social Media Executive for our fast-growing team who will serve as the primary liaison between the agency and its clients, overseeing all aspects of client relationships and advertising campaigns.This role is suitable for a curious and enthusiastic individual with a passion for digital innovation, advertising and technology.

Pay Scale

Our budget range for the role is upto INR 30,000 per month.

Location

This is a full-time on-site opportunity. Our office is located at Churchgate, Mumbai.

Responsibility

Build and nurture strong, long-lasting relationships with clients, acting as their trusted advisor and advocate within the agency

Develop comprehensive advertising strategies tailored to each clients objectives, target audience, and budget

Oversee the execution of advertising campaigns from conception to completion, ensuring alignment with client goals and brand guidelines

Manage client budgets effectively, tracking expenses and ensuring optimal allocation of resources to maximize ROI

Work closely with internal teams to translate clients requirements into creative concepts and deliverables, providing guidance and feedback throughout the process

Monitor campaign performance and provide regular reports to clients, analysing key metrics and recommending adjustments to optimize results

Identify opportunities for upselling additional services to existing clients and participate in pitches and presentations to secure new business

Requirements

Bachelors degree in Marketing, Advertising, Business Administration, or related field

Proven experience of 0-1 years in account management or client services within the advertising industry

Strong communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to effectively engage and influence clients and internal stakeholders

Excellent organizational skills and attention to detail, with the ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously

Proficiency in project management tools and advertising platforms
