Job Description

We are looking for an Account Manager for our fast-growing team who will serve as the primary liaison between the agency and its clients, overseeing all aspects of client relationships and advertising campaigns.This role is suitable for a curious and enthusiastic individual with a passion for digital innovation, advertising and technology.

Pay Scale

Our budget range for the role is Upto INR 60,000 per month.

Location

This is a full-time on-site opportunity. Our office is located at Churchgate, Mumbai.

Responsibility

  • Build and nurture strong, long-lasting relationships with clients, acting as their trusted advisor and advocate within the agency

  • Develop comprehensive advertising strategies tailored to each clients objectives, target audience, and budget

  • Oversee the execution of advertising campaigns from conception to completion, ensuring alignment with client goals and brand guidelines

  • Manage client budgets effectively, tracking expenses and ensuring optimal allocation of resources to maximize ROI

  • Work closely with internal teams to translate client requirements into creative concepts and deliverables, providing guidance and feedback throughout the process

  • Monitor campaign performance and provide regular reports to clients, analysing key metrics and recommending adjustments to optimize results

  • Identify opportunities for upselling additional services to existing clients and participate in pitches and presentations to secure new business


  • Requirements
  • Bachelors degree in Marketing, Advertising, Business Administration, or related field
  • Proven experience of 3+ years in account management or client services within the advertising industry

    Strong communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to effectively engage and influence clients and internal stakeholders
  • Strategic thinking and problem-solving abilities, with a track record of developing successful advertising campaigns
  • Excellent organizational skills and attention to detail, with the ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously
  • Proficiency in project management tools and advertising platforms
  • A passion for advertising and a commitment to delivering exceptional client experiences
