/ Job Responsibilities:

1. Website & Hosting Management

• Manage WordPress sites: updates, uptime, troubleshooting.
• Oversee hosting accounts & domain renewals.
• Ensure smooth functioning of plugins.
• Update Shopify stores.

2. API Setup & Integrations

• Configure/manage payment gateways & APIs.
• Manage Shopify, Shiprocket, WhatsApp APIs.
• Set up and monitor webhooks for payments, LMS platforms, and logistics.
• Troubleshoot integration issues quickly.

3. LMS & E-commerce Platforms

• Manage LMS platforms: course setup, automation, user management.
• Ensure seamless student & customer experience

4. Automation & Tech Tools

• Optimize workflow automation.
• Leverage productivity tools.
• Coordinate between marketing and operations for smoother execution.

5. Digital Marketing & Campaign Management

• Manage social media platforms (Instagram, YouTube, LinkedIn) for growth.
• Plan, execute & optimize paid campaigns (Meta, Google, YouTube).
• Apply SEO best practices for content & website visibility.
• Run email and WhatsApp marketing campaigns (automation flows).
• Track & analyze campaign performance with actionable insights.

6.Analytics & Reporting

• Develop and maintain dashboards (Google Analytics, Tableau, Power BI).
• Monitor website uptime and performance metrics.
• Provide reports on funnels, customer journeys, and campaign ROI.

Required Skills & Qualifications-

  Get Hired
  Bachelors degree in any field.
• 7+ years experience in Digital Marketing execution (ads, SEO, campaigns), WordPress, hosting, and domain management, Digital Marketing execution.
• Familiar with Shopify, LMS platforms (Knorish or similar).
• Good knowledge of API integrations, payment gateways, automation tools.
• Experience with CRM/ERP systems (Zoho, Odoo, Freshworks).
• Familiarity with analytics & tracking (Google Analytics, Tableau, InsightIQ).
• Proficiency in email/WhatsApp marketing tools.
• Basic design/editing ability (Canva or similar).
• Strong organizational and documentation skills.
• Problem-solving mindset with ability to troubleshoot across systems.

Preferred Background-

• Organized, proactive, and comfortable working across multiple systems.
• Interest in wellness, yoga, and holistic health (a big plus).

Minimum Experience:

7-8 years

Compensation Range:

INR 8-12 LPA
