About the Role

Ginger Webs (ThinkExam) is hiring 3 Major Account Managers to manage and grow relationships with universities, colleges, and institutional bodies. The role involves handling high-value academic and enterprise clients, coordinating with internal delivery and tech teams, and ensuring smooth execution of online assessments, examinations, and proctoring solutions.

This position suits professionals who have worked in assessment, proctoring, SaaS, or institutional sales/account management environments, similar to companies like WeBox, SHL, Proctor360, Hexagon AB, or related platforms.

Key Responsibilities
Institutional Account Management

?Manage key university and college accounts across India and international markets

?Act as the primary relationship owner for assigned institutions

?Build strong relationships with VC offices, Registrars, Controllers of Examination, Deans, and Placement Cells

?Ensure client satisfaction, retention, and repeat business

Delivery & Cross-Functional Coordination

?Coordinate with

operations, tech, product, and support teams for end-to-end execution

?Oversee assessment schedules, exam delivery, SLAs, and quality metrics

? Proactively handle escalations and ensure timely resolution

Account Growth & Revenue Expansion

?Identify opportunities for renewals, upselling, and cross-selling ThinkExam products

?Support proposal discussions, pricing negotiations, and contract renewals

?Participate in account planning and revenue forecasting

Communication & Reporting

?Lead client meetings, reviews, demos, and feedback sessions

?Prepare MIS reports, dashboards, and account performance summaries

? Provide insights to leadership on client health and market trends

Required Skills & Experience

?35 years of experience in Account Management / Client Success / Institutional Sales

?Experience working with universities, colleges, academic bodies, or enterprise clients

?Background in EdTech, SaaS, assessment platforms, proctoring, or tech-enabled services

?Strong understanding of delivery management, SLAs, and operations coordination

?Excellent communication, negotiation, and stakeholder management skills

?Ability to manage multiple institutional accounts simultaneously

Preferred Candidate Profile

?Prior experience with WeBox, SHL, Proctor360, Hexagon AB, or similar assessment/proctoring companies

?Exposure to online examinations, psychometric assessments, or large-scale institutional deployments

?Comfortable working in a fast-paced, deadline-driven environment

?MBA or equivalent professional qualification is a plus

Shift hours: Day shift (10 AM - 7 PM)
