Role Overview:

As a Talent Acquisition Intern, you will play a vital role in supporting our Human Resource Advisory team by managing candidate relationships, coordinating recruitment processes, and conducting market research for talent acquisition strategies. This internship will provide hands-on experience in recruitment, strategic workforce planning, and operational support within a dynamic and fast-paced environment.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Post job openings on various platforms and manage job advertisements.
  • Assist with candidate screening, interviewing, reference checks, background checks, and the offer letter process as required.
  • Understand client requirements and ensure they are met effectively.
  • Communicate job descriptions clearly and professionally to candidates.
  • Manage day-to-day TA operations related to client mandates and hiring processes.
  • Maintain and update reports for tracking roles, ensuring data accuracy at all times.
  • Identify and implement new ways to improve efficiency in the talent acquisition process.
  • Collaborate with team members and contribute to organizational goals and initiatives.
  • Support other TA-related initiatives and projects as required.

Qualifications:

  • Students or recent graduates with a degree in HR, Psychology or related fields.
  • Prior internship experience in TA will be an added advantage.
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Excellent organisational abilities with attention to detail.
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint).
