Job Description
- As a highly skilled Gen AI Engineer with 1 to 3 years of experience and hands-on expertise in building and deploying AI agents, you will be responsible for architecting, developing, and deploying intelligent agents that automate workflows, integrate with APIs and CRMs, and deliver real-time decision-making capabilities.
- Design, build, and deploy AI agents using LangChain, LangGraph, OpenAI Assistants, and CrewAI.
- Develop modular, scalable pipelines for retrieval-augmented generation (RAG), tool integrations, and multi-agent collaboration.
- Integrate agents with databases, CRMs, APIs, and external systems.
- Optimize prompt engineering, memory, and context management.
- Implement LLM orchestration, error handling, and performance monitoring.
- Collaborate with product and business teams to translate requirements into functional AI-driven workflows.
- Stay updated on emerging AI frameworks, LLM models, and agent ecosystems.
Required Skills & Experience:
- Strong proficiency in Python (1+ years professional experience).
- Hands-on experience with LangChain, LangGraph, OpenAI Assistants API, and CrewAI.
- Proven track record of building and deploying AI agents in production.
- Deep understanding of LLM concepts: embeddings, vector databases, RAG pipelines, prompt engineering.
- Experience with API integration (REST, GraphQL, webhooks).
- Familiarity with cloud platforms (AWS, GCP, or Azure).
- Strong problem-solving and debugging skills.
Nice-to-Have:
- Experience with FastAPI for serving AI endpoints.
- Knowledge of vector databases (Pinecone, Weaviate, Chroma, FAISS).
- Exposure to multi-agent systems and orchestration frameworks.
- Prior work on enterprise AI solutions (chatbots, automation agents, sales/marketing AI, etc.).
- Contribution to open-source AI frameworks.
