Hiring: Business Development Manager (US Staffing)

Location: Remote across India

Were looking for a hunter, not just a salesperson.

If youve built business with Tier-1 vendors, MSPs, or Direct Clients and know how to open doors, build relationships, and close deals in the US Staffing

industry, wed love to talk.

What Youll Do

Bring in new Tier-1 vendors & Direct Clients
Grow existing accounts and drive revenue
Build long-term client relationships
Partner with delivery teams for successful closures
Own the sales pipeline from prospecting to closure

What Were Looking For

Proven success in US Staffing business development
Experience working with Tier-1 Vendors/MSPs/Direct Clients
Strong understanding of the US Staffing ecosystem
Excellent negotiation and relationship-building skills
