What Were Looking For:
- 3-6 years of hands-on experience in US IT Staffing/Recruitment.
- Strong understanding of the US IT recruitment lifecycle and staffing process.
- Strong knowledge of US work authorization types and employment models.
- Excellent sourcing, screening, negotiation, and communication skills.
- Ability to work independently and manage multiple requirements simultaneously.
- Experience working with VMS/MSP, Prime Vendors, and System Integrators.
