Role Overview
As a Senior Full Stack Engineer, you will be responsible for building end-to-end solutions across the stack.
You will design and implement scalable, secure, and resilient applications, working closely with architects, backend engineers, and product teams to deliver enterprise-grade features with exceptional performance and user experience.
Responsibilities

• Design, develop, and maintain frontend and backend components for the Low Code / No Code PaaS.
• Build responsive, high-performance user interfaces using modern frameworks.
• Implement secure, resilient, and scalable backend services and APIs.
• Collaborate with architects, product managers, and cross-functional teams to deliver end-to-end solutions.
• Optimize systems for distributed caching, OLTP performance, and high-volume workloads.
• Work with data transformation, ETL pipelines, and integration frameworks.
• Ensure adherence to coding standards, conduct code reviews, and promote best practices.
• 
  Deploy and manage applications on AWS and Azure cloud platforms.
• Troubleshoot, debug, and enhance systems across the stack for reliability and efficiency.
  

Qualifications

• 7 - 12 years of experience in full stack engineering for enterprise-grade cloud PaaS/SaaS solutions.
• Proven track record in building scalable, secure, and resilient applications across frontend and backend.
• Hands-on technologist with strong problem-solving and debugging skills.
• Ability to work collaboratively in cross-functional teams.
• Passion for full stack engineering excellence and continuous learning.

Required Skills & Expertise :

• Frontend Technologies : Angular, React, JavaScript
• Backend & Programming Languages : Java, Node.js, Python, GoLang, Scala
• Workflow & Integration : JBPM, Apache Camel
• Databases : NoSQL (MongoDB, Cassandra, etc.), PostgreSQL, OLTP systems
