We are hiring Customer Support Executives to join our team. If you enjoy solving problems and assisting customers, this opportunity is for you!

Job Role:

• Handle domestic and international customer queries related to software, applications, or technical products via voice calls.
• Provide accurate technical guidance and troubleshooting for issues like installation, functionality, or software errors.
• Document interactions and resolutions accurately in the system.
• Escalate complex technical issues to higher support levels when required.
• Stay updated with product features, updates, and company policies to provide precise information.

Eligibility:

• Candidate should be a minimum Graduate from a recognized University.
• Fresher to 3 years of experience in Same domain can apply.
• Age limit: 18 to 32 years.
• Strong communication skills in English.
• Comfortable with rotational shifts.
• Prior experience with Teleperformance is not eligible.
