OTC Financial Operations Executive - Crypto And Digital Assets

Job Summary:
We are looking for a skilled and detail-oriented OTC Financial Operational Executive to manage and optimize the company’s Over-the-Counter (OTC) financial processes. The role involves executing OTC trades with precision and efficiency, managing client orders, invoicing, payment follow-ups, and reconciliations while ensuring compliance with regulatory and company standards. The ideal candidate will collaborate with finance, operations, and sales teams to enhance process performance, deliver exceptional client service, and support business growth within a fast-paced financial environment.
Key Responsibilities:
1. OTC Process and Trade Management
Manage and execute OTC trades with precision, accuracy, and timeliness.
Provide exceptional service and support to institutional and high-net-worth clients, ensuring all transactions are handled professionally.
Oversee the end-to-end OTC process, ensuring all client orders are processed accurately and efficiently.
Ensure full compliance with company policies, regulatory frameworks, and international standards in all transactions.
2. Customer Support
Serve as the primary point of contact for client inquiries related to OTC orders, payments, and account management.
Resolve client issues promptly and professionally, maintaining strong client relationships and satisfaction.
3. Invoicing, Payment Collection, and Reconciliation
Prepare, review, and issue invoices to clients accurately and on time.
Monitor overdue payments and maintain updated accounts receivable records.
Perform reconciliation of accounts to ensure consistency between financial records, client transactions, and internal ledgers.
4. Reporting and Documentation
Prepare periodic reports on OTC transactions, sales, collections, and operational efficiency.
Maintain detailed and up-to-date documentation for all OTC and financial operations.
5. Process Improvement and Optimization
Collaborate with internal teams to identify and implement process improvements that enhance operational workflows and reduce turnaround times.
Continuously evaluate systems and processes to ensure efficiency, accuracy, and scalability.
6. Compliance and Risk Management
Ensure full compliance with UAE financial regulations, AML/KYC policies, and company procedures.
Identify potential operational and financial risks and develop strategies to mitigate them.
Maintain adherence to international regulatory and reporting standards.
7. Team Collaboration and Support
Coordinate closely with the finance, operations, and compliance teams to ensure smooth execution of financial activities.
Support team members through guidance, documentation, and training when necessary.
Qualifications
Master’s degree in Finance, Accounting, or Operations (MBA – Finance & Operations, M.Com).
2–5 years of proven Uae experience in financial operations, OTC processes, reconciliation, or accounts management.
Strong understanding of invoicing, collections, reconciliation, and financial reporting.
Experience in executing OTC trades and servicing institutional or high-net-worth clients preferred.
Excellent analytical, organizational, and problem-solving skills.
Familiarity with blockchain or fintech platforms (preferred).
Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
Proficiency in English and Hindi .
Proficiency in MS Excel and ERP/financial software.
