Technical Engineer

We are seeking a skilled and dedicated Technical Engineer to join our team. The ideal candidate will have a solid understanding of cybersecurity principles and experience in device and software protection. You will be responsible for maintaining and improving the security and functionality of our systems, ensuring optimal performance and safety.
Key Responsibilities:
• Implement and manage cybersecurity measures for devices and software systems.
• Protect devices from unauthorized access and security threats.
• Develop and maintain software protection protocols to safeguard applications.
• Manage and troubleshoot antivirus solutions to ensure system integrity.
• Oversee software rebooting processes to maintain system stability and performance.
• Perform regular system updates and reboots to optimize system operations.
• Collaborate with IT teams to identify vulnerabilities and implement security enhancements.
• Document technical procedures and provide support for troubleshooting security issues.
Required Skills & Qualifications:
• Knowledge of intermediate cybersecurity concepts and best practices.
• Experience in device protection and security management.
• Familiarity with software protection techniques and antivirus soft
• ware.
• Ability to manage software rebooting systems effectively.
• Strong problem-solving skills and attention to detail.
• Excellent communication and teamwork abilities.
• Relevant certifications in cybersecurity or related fields are a plus.
•Minimum of 2 years of professional experience working in UAE
Preferred Qualifications:
• Bachelor’s degree in computer science, Information Technology, or related field.
• Prior experience as a Technical Engineer or similar role.
