Job Description
Roles and Responsibilities :
- Manage a team of data engineers to design, develop, test, deploy and maintain large-scale data pipelines on GCP using Python.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to identify business requirements and translate them into technical solutions.
- Develop and implement data analytics strategies to drive business insights and decision-making across the organization.
- Ensure high-quality code reviews, testing, and documentation standards are maintained within the team.
Job Requirements :
- 8-12 years of experience in software development with expertise in Python development.
- Strong understanding of GCP cloud platform services (e.g., BigQuery, Pub/Sub) and ability to leverage them effectively for data processing.
- Experience working with big data technologies such as Hadoop or Spark is desirable but not mandatory.
- Proven track record of managing teams of developers and delivering complex projects on time.
