Role Summary:

This job takes the lead in providing more complex application development services typically as part of a project team or in an application support role. Developers analyze, design, code, test and implement more complex systematic solutions to meet customer requirements that adhere to Highmark IT standards and policies. Developers provide general support to maintain more complex applications that meet the service levels, system availability, performance and quality levels required by their customers. May mentor less experienced team members.

JOB SUMMARY

This job gives an opportunity to work in a challenging environment to deliver high quality Solutions to meet the demands for our Global Customer. An ideal candidate should have excellent communication skills and experience on fixing the data quality issues like flagged data quality or data missingness. The candidate should support operations along with the data quality investigation team when we receive tickets and provides the investigation status to the team and business partners. Should be an excellent Team player & have excellent Problem solving & communication skills.

ESSENTIAL RESPONSIBILITIES

The role requires US healthcare knowledge and solution orientation. Good understanding of support functions / ticketing systems. The role possesses critical thinking skills and strong SQL knowledge to understand the data hosted on various data sources.

• Any Degree

EXPERIENCE

Required

• 6 - 9 years in Business Analyst with SQL knowledge

Preferred

• Excellent communication skills


• Strong Experience in SQL is must.


• Writing sql queries, scripts, and stored procedures to extract/manage data.


• Handling tickets and adhere to SLA


• Managing and monitoring the databases to prevent data quality issues.


• knowledge on backup strategy to back up the sql data in case of corruption.


• knowledge on automation/monitoring the databases periodically.


• Analyze and document business processes and validate test procedures.


• Communicating the status of all the data quality issues to Stakeholders and business partners.

Other Qualifications

• Working Knowledge on Linux servers


• Knowledge on any cloud provider (preferably GCP)
