Cloud Support Engineer

About the Role

We are looking for a detail-oriented and analytical Data Analyst to join our team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for collecting, analyzing, and interpreting complex datasets to help drive business decisions. You will work closely with cross-functional teams to deliver insights, dashboards, and data-driven recommendations.

Key Responsibilities

• Collect, clean, and preprocess data from various sources.
  
• Analyze large datasets to identify trends, patterns, and actionable insights.
  
• Create and maintain dashboards, reports, and visualizations using BI tools.
  
• Collaborate with business, product, and engineering teams to understand data needs.
  
• Develop and automate data models, queries, and reporting pipelines.
  
• Present findings and insights to stakeholders in a clear and concise manner.
  
• Ensure data accuracy, integrity, and compliance with company standards.
  
• Support data-driven decision-making across departments.
  

Required Skills & Qualifications

• Bachelors degree in Data Science, Statistics, Mathematics, Computer Science, or related field.
  
• 1–3 years of experience as a Data Analyst or similar role.
  
• Strong proficiency in SQL and experience working with relational databases.
  
• Experience with data visualization tools such as Power BI, Tableau, or Looker.
  
• Proficiency in Excel (advanced functions, pivot tables, etc.).
  
• Knowledge of statistical methods and data analysis techniques.
  
• Strong problem-solving skills and attention to detail.
  
• Excellent communication and presentation skills.
