What Youll Actually Do:

• Own and shape the story of AI-powered careers & B2T (Business-to-Talent).
• Create narratives people remember, repeat, and rally behind.
• Design viral loops, referral engines & community growth systems.
• Turn users into advocates, not just signups.
• Translate complex AI into clear, relatable, high-trust stories.
• Build strategies for Talent, Employers, Mentors & institutions.
• Drive activation across features: jobs, mentorship, events, learning.
• Own LinkedIn, media, reports, storytelling.

What Were Looking For:

• Experience scaling platforms, marketplaces, HRTech, EdTech, or communities.
• Understanding of referral-first growth & network effects.
• Ability to balance brand, performance, and product growth.
• Founder mindset, creator building style, and growth operator execution.
