Relationship Manager- CASA Sales

Position Purpose

Responsible for acquiring high-end Current and Savings Accounts (CASA) through open market channels and cross-selling additional banking products.

Key Responsibilities

• Acquire new high-end Current Accounts and Savings Accounts through open market lead generation and achieve monthly CASA targets, ensuring adherence to KYC and AML guidelines.
  
• Ensure smooth customer onboarding and seamless handover to the branch banking team.
  
• Drive customer activation by ensuring account balances and transactions begin within the first month/quarter. Activation targets:
  
• 80% customers maintaining required AQB
  
• 75% penetration of internet banking
  
• 50% penetration of DSB
  
  
• Conduct regular activities for lead generation.
  
• Identify cross-sell opportunities by generating leads, handling basic queries, and coordinating with Branch Manager and product teams (Trade, FX, CMS, DSB, etc.) to offer suitable business solutions.
  

Qualifications & Experience

Minimum Qualification: Graduate
Preferred Qualification: MBA with IRDA certification

Experience Required:

• 1-5 years of experience in new-to-bank current account acquisition, preferably in the SME segment
  
• Strong understanding of commercial catchments and business segments
