Position Overview:

We are looking for a Procurement Manager with a strong background in e-commerce or retail sourcing to oversee the end-to-end procurement operations for Robocraze. The ideal candidate will manage vendor relationships, negotiate pricing, monitor stock levels, and ensure timely delivery of quality products aligned with business goals.
Key Responsibilities:

• Develop and implement procurement strategies aligned with business growth and inventory needs.
• Source, evaluate, and onboard new suppliers and manufacturers (domestic and international).
  
• Negotiate pricing, payment terms, and contracts to ensure best margins and cost efficiency.
• Collaborate with category managers, marketing, and warehouse teams for demand forecasting and product planning.
• Monitor vendor performance, lead times, and product quality; address any discrepancies proactively.
• Maintain optimal stock levels and ensure replenishment based on sales trends and seasonality.
• Track and analyze market trends, competitor pricing, and new product launches.
• Ensure timely purchase order processing, import documentation, and compliance with procurement policies.
• Coordinate with finance for invoice verification, payment scheduling, and cost control.
• Continuously improve procurement processes through automation, system updates, and reporting.

Qualifications & Experience:

• Bachelor's degree in Supply Chain Management, Business Administration, or related field (MBA preferred).
• 4-8 years of experience in procurement or supply chain, preferably in e-commerce or electronics retail.
• Strong understanding of vendor management, import/export processes, and pricing strategies.
• Experience with ERP tools, inventory management systems, and procurement automation.
• Excellent negotiation, analytical, and interpersonal skills.
