Talent Acquisition Manager

Key Responsibilities

• Manage complete recruitment lifecycle from sourcing to onboarding.
• Source candidates through job portals, LinkedIn, referrals, and social platforms.
• Screen resumes and conduct initial HR interviews.
• Coordinate interviews with hiring managers and stakeholders.
• Handle salary negotiations and offer roll outs.
• Maintain hiring trackers and candidate databases.
• Build talent pipelines for future hiring needs.
• Support onboarding and employer branding activities.

Required Skills

• Strong knowledge of end-to-end recruitment.
• Experience hiring for IT/Cyber Security roles preferred.
• Familiarity with Naukri, LinkedIn Recruiter, Indeed, and sourcing tools.
• Excellent communication, negotiation, and organizational skills.
• Ability to manage multiple hiring requirements simultaneously.
