Job Description
- You will be joining Masai as a UI/UX Designer with 2-5 years of experience, where your primary responsibility will be to create engaging and user-centric designs for both web and mobile applications. Your role will involve designing intuitive and visually appealing user interfaces, conducting user research, wireframing, prototyping, and usability testing to enhance the overall user experience. Collaboration with product managers, developers, and stakeholders will be crucial to define and implement design solutions that align with the brand guidelines and ensure design consistency across all platforms.
In this role, you will be expected to create high-fidelity mockups, UI components, and interactive prototypes using tools such as Figma, Sketch, or Adobe XD. Your ability to analyze user behavior and feedback to drive data-driven design improvements will be essential. Staying updated with the latest UI/UX trends, best practices, and emerging technologies will also be a key aspect of your responsibilities.
To be successful in this position, you should have 2-5 years of experience as a UI/UX Designer or in a similar role, along with proficiency in design tools like Figma, Sketch, or Adobe XD. A strong understanding of user-centered design, usability principles, and accessibility standards is required. Experience in wireframing, prototyping, and conducting user research will be beneficial. Knowledge of HTML, CSS, and front-end development basics is a plus. Excellent communication and problem-solving skills are essential, along with the ability to collaborate effectively with cross-functional teams. A strong portfolio showcasing past UI/UX projects will also be necessary.
