Performance Marketing Manager (D2C Specialist-Only Kerala Candidates)

About the Role

We are looking for a Performance Marketing Specialist with hands-on experience in D2C and Lead Generation campaigns. You will manage paid campaigns across digital platforms and work closely with creative and content teams to drive measurable results.

Key Responsibilities

• Plan, execute, and optimize paid campaigns on Meta (Facebook & Instagram) and Google Ads.
• Manage D2C (e-commerce) and Lead Generation campaigns with clear performance goals.
• Optimize campaigns for ROAS, CPA, CPL, and conversions.
• Work with designers and content teams to develop high-performing ad creatives.
• Monitor daily performance and prepare basic performance reports.
• Run A/B tests on creatives, audiences, and ad copies.
• 
  Set up and manage retargeting campaigns and funnels.
• Ensure proper tracking setup (Meta Pixel, GA4, Google Ads).

Requirements

• 2–3 years of experience in performance marketing.
• Hands-on experience with D2C and Lead Generation campaigns.
• Agency experience preferred.
• Strong understanding of Meta Ads and Google Ads.
• Ability to analyze data and optimize campaigns.
• Willingness to work from office in Chalakudy, Kerala.

Nice to Have

• Experience working with multiple client accounts.
• Knowledge of funnels, retargeting, and creative testing.
• Basic understanding of landing pages and CRO.
