Job Description

We are seeking a strategic business leader with deep expertise in Go-To-Market (GTM) strategy, enterprise sales, and growth marketing to drive revenue and partnerships across B2B and B2C segments. The ideal candidate will have a proven track record of scaling businesses, managing P&L, and building high-performing teams in fast-paced environments.
Key Responsibilities:
Lead Business Development & Partnerships:
- Drive enterprise sales by pitching learning and upskilling solutions to CXOs, CHROs, and L&D Heads across Fortune 500 companies and large corporates.
- Build and manage a Pan-India and global client pipeline, ensuring recurring high-ticket revenue streams.
GTM Strategy & Execution:
- Design and implement data-driven marketing funnels and performance-led campaigns.
- Optimize CAC, ROAS, and customer lifecycle strategies for maximum ROI.
Stakeholder Management:
- Collaborate with internal teams (tech, content, finance, customer success) for seamless delivery and retention.

- Engage with government bodies, universities, and ecosystem partners to expand market reach.
Revenue & P&L Ownership:
- Own end-to-end sales cycle management, including lead generation, proposals, negotiations, and renewals.
- Drive annual recurring revenue growth through strategic partnerships and licensing deals.

Preferred Qualifications:
- B.Tech in Electrical, Electronics & Communication
- Experience in EdTech, SaaS, or technology-driven businesses
- Proven success in scaling businesses to 200 Cr+ ARR and managing large sales teams
