Titan - HR Manager - Employee Relations & Compliance

Job Requirements:
ECS & PCS:
- Establishment compliance services for Corporate office.
- Liaison with Compliance management vendor for Factories ECS administration.
- Conduct periodic review and provide feedback on improving compliances and ensuring timelines.
- Liaison with stake holders for closure of statutory observations and non compliances at company stores.
- Liaison with HRBPs for continual improvement of compliances.
HR: ER & Compliance Capability Development:
- Design and deliver structured ER & Compliance capability programs for PBPs and HR Managers.
- Organize bi-annual ER & Compliance Bootcamps covering labour law updates, disciplinary processes, retail compliance standards, and real-time case discussions.
- Build HR Manager and PBP capability on end-to-end domestic enquiry processes including charge sheet preparation, enquiry proceedings, documentation, and principles of natural justice.
HR: Project planning and Execution:
- Develop project plans, timelines, milestones, and deliverables for ER and Compliance initiatives.
- Ensure projects are delivered within scope, timelines, and defined quality standards.
- Track progress and proactively address risks or delays.
Work Experience:
- Qualification with MSW / MBA HR.
- 6 - 8 years of relevant experience preferably in a manufacturing / retail.
