Titan - Product Manager - IRTH

Job Summary:
We are seeking a highly motivated and experienced Product Manager to join our team at Titan. As the Product Manager for IRTH (RP), you will be responsible for managing the entire product lifecycle, from ideation to launch, for our range of accessories. You will work closely with cross-functional teams to develop and execute product strategies that align with the company's overall goals and objectives.
Key Responsibilities:
- Conduct market research and analysis to identify consumer needs and trends in the accessories market
- Develop product roadmap and define product features and specifications
- Collaborate with design and development teams to create innovative and high-quality products
- Manage the product development process, including prototyping, testing, and finalizing designs
- Monitor product performance and make data-driven decisions to optimize sales and profitability
- Work closely with the marketing team to develop effective product positioning and messaging
- Conduct regular competitor analysis to stay updated on market trends and identify opportunities for growth
- Collaborate with sales teams to develop sales strategies and support product launches
- Manage product budgets and ensure timely delivery of products within budget constraints
- Stay updated on industry developments and incorporate new technologies and trends into product development
Qualifications:
- Masters degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field
- Minimum of 8 years of experience in product management, preferably in the Fashion/Accessories/FMCG industry
- Proven track record of successfully launching and managing products
- Strong project management skills and ability to prioritize and manage multiple projects simultaneously
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills to work effectively with cross-functional teams
- Passion for innovation and staying updated on market trends and consumer behavior
- Ability to thrive in a fast-paced and dynamic environment
