Role Description

This is a full-time on-site role for an Eyewear Consultant located in Ayanavaram. The Eyewear Consultant will assist customers in selecting eyewear by understanding their preferences, needs, and vision requirements. Responsibilities include providing exceptional customer service, maintaining product knowledge of frames, lenses, and accessories, ensuring proper fittings, and managing inventory. Collaborating with team members to enhance customer experience and meet store objectives will also be an integral part of the role.

Qualifications

• Strong customer service and communication skills
• Experience in sales, retail, or consulting roles
• Basic knowledge of eyewear and vision care products
• Problem-solving and multitasking abilities
• A friendly, professional demeanor and a focus on providing personalized recommendations
• Ability to work in a team-oriented environment
• Previous experience in the eyewear or optical industry is an advantage
• High school diploma or equivalent; additional training or certification in optical dispensing is a plus
