Business Development Manager US Staffing (Night Shift)
We are looking for an experienced and strategic Business Development Manager with a strong background in US Staffing to lead business growth initiatives and strengthen client partnerships.

Location: Onsite Ghansoli (Mahape), Navi Mumbai
Key Responsibilities:
- Drive new business acquisition and revenue growth within US Staffing
- Develop and execute business development strategies aligned with organizational goals
- Build, manage, and expand long-term client relationships and key accounts
- Own the full sales lifecycle, from prospecting to contract closure
- Partner closely with recruitment and delivery teams to ensure successful client fulfillment
- Track sales performance, forecasts, pipelines, and prepare regular management reports

- Mentor and guide junior business development team members (if applicable)
Required Qualifications:
- 5-7 years of proven experience in US Staffing (BD/Account Management)
- Healthcare staffing experience is highly preferred
- Strong expertise in client acquisition, key account management, and contract negotiations
- Excellent communication, presentation, and stakeholder management skills
- Strategic, target-driven mindset with the ability to thrive in a fast-paced environment
- Experience managing enterprise or mid-sized US clients is a plus
