Predictive Modeling Specialist

What role you will play in team: You will be part of a specialized team focused on developing predictive models to improve efficiency and decision-making across the organization. You'll work closely with business stakeholders to identify opportunities for model application.

Key responsibility:

• Evaluate model performance and make adjustments as needed.

• Document model development and deployment processes.
• Maintain and update existing predictive models.

Required Qualification and Skills:

• Bachelor's or Master's degree in a quantitative field.
• 2+ years of experience in predictive modeling.
• Proficiency in Python or R.
• Experience with machine learning libraries (scikit-learn, XGBoost).
• Strong understanding of statistical concepts.
