Role Overview:

We are seeking a Production Planning Manager to manage demand planning, capacity planning, and production schedules for large-scale electronics manufacturing operations. The role is critical in ensuring on-time delivery while optimizing inventory, resources, and throughput.

Key Responsibilities:

- Develop and execute production plans and schedules based on demand forecasts.

- Coordinate with supply chain, procurement, manufacturing, and logistics teams.

- Monitor capacity utilization, bottlenecks, and line balancing.

- Ensure optimal inventory levels of RM, WIP, and finished goods.

- Track production KPIs, OTIF, throughput, and adherence to plans.

- Manage production changes, escalations, and priority orders.

- Use ERP/MRP systems to manage planning and reporting.

- Support NPI planning and ramp-up coordination.

Requirements:

- 5-7 years of experience in production planning within electronics/EMS manufacturing.

- Strong knowledge of MRP, capacity planning, demand forecasting, and shop-floor

coordination.

- Hands-on experience with SAP / Oracle / ERP systems.

- Ability to work in fast-paced, high-volume manufacturing environments.

- Engineering degree preferred.
