Venture Capital Analyst - Seed Stage Investments

What role you will play in team: You'll be a key member of our team, sourcing, evaluating, and executing seed-stage investments in technology startups.

What you will do: You’ll screen potential investments, conduct due diligence, and build financial models for our portfolio companies.

Key responsibility:

• Sourcing and screening potential investment opportunities.
• Conducting thorough due diligence on target companies.
• Developing and maintaining financial models for portfolio companies.
• Preparing investment memos and presentations for investment committees.
• Monitoring portfolio company performance.
• Building and maintaining relationships with entrepreneurs and industry experts.

Required Qualification and Skills:

• Bachelor's degree in a relevant field (e.g., Finance, Engineering, Business).
• Strong analytical and financial modeling skills (Excel, DCF modeling).
• Understanding of the Indian startup ecosystem and venture capital industry.
• Excellent communication and presentation skills.
• Strong work ethic and ability to work independently.
