Job Description

    As a Business Development professional for Enterprise Learning Solutions, your primary responsibility will be to drive business growth within the Banking & Insurance sectors as well as other high-growth sectors like Auto, Telecom, consumer durable/Retail. You will be tasked with identifying new market opportunities, developing business expansion tactics, and engaging with prospective clients to create a robust pipeline of potential opportunities.
    Your role will involve undertaking consultations with prospective clients to understand their training and development requirements, offering services that cater to their needs, and cross-selling services to existing clients. Working closely with the Business Unit Head, you will be required to develop compelling solutions and competitive proposals to address client needs effectively.
    In addition, you will be responsible for crafting visually engaging and concise pitches tailored to each prospect, assisting in closing sales alongside the CEO, Delivery Head, and Business Unit Head, and nurturing long-term relationships with key client accounts. Your success will be measured by your ability to meet or exceed revenue targets through the execution of well-defined business development plans.

    To excel in this role, you must possess a Master's degree in business administration, Sales, Marketing, or a related field, along with relevant experience in Sales, Business Development, and B2B sales. Strong influencing and networking skills, as well as the ability to understand BFSI Learning & Development needs, will be crucial in delivering Enterprise Learning Solutions effectively. Furthermore, your collaboration with marketing and delivery/product teams to align business development strategies with company goals will be essential for success in this position.
    Overall, as a Business Development professional for Enterprise Learning Solutions, you will play a vital role in driving business growth, building relationships with clients, and contributing to the overall success of the organization through strategic market analysis and effective sales strategies.,
