The Assistant Manager – Talent Acquisition will manage end-to-end recruitment,
collaborate with Internal teams and managers, and ensure timely hiring closures while
delivering a strong candidate experience. The role involves strategic sourcing, process
adherence, and close coordination with internal teams.
Work Arrangement
● Full-time role
● Work from Office (Monday to Friday)
● Saturdays: Permanent Work from Home
● Candidate must have their own laptop
Key Result Areas (KRAs)
- Manage end-to-end recruitment within defined TAT and budget
- Partner with hiring managers for requirement understanding and timely closures
- Source and screen candidates through multiple hiring channels

- Coordinate interviews and ensure a positive candidate experience
- Drive offer rollout, salary negotiation, and joining closures
- Maintain recruitment reports and hiring trackers
- Manage recruitment vendors and consultants
- Support client acquisition efforts by identifying potential recruitment partners, building client relationships, and coordinating on hiring requirements
- Assist in expanding business opportunities through proactive outreach and effective stakeholder engagement
- Strong understanding of recruitment processes and hiring metrics
- Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills
- Ability to manage multiple requirements under tight timelines
- Data-driven approach with high attention to detail
Qualifications & Experience
● MBA / Post-graduate in HR or a relevant field
● 3-4 years of minimum experience in Talent Acquisition (in-house or consultancy)
● Experience managing multiple roles and senior stakeholders preferred
