Associate Product Designer

Role Summary:

As an Associate Product Designer, you will play a crucial role in creating intuitive and user centered design solutions that enhance the overall user experience of our enterprise digital products.

This position requires 0-3 years product design experience of building and delivering delightful products. While applying you should submit your product design portfolio showcasing your product thinking, user centered design principles, problem solving skills and keen eye for visual design.

How your typical day will look like

1. Collaboration is a cornerstone of our work. Designers collaborate closely with product managers, developers, and stakeholders to translate business goals into exceptional design solutions
2. A knack for asking the right questions and for constantly striving for clarity around the problem space
3. Tackle complex design challenges, developing elegant solutions that balance user needs, technical constraints, and business objectives
4. Conduct user research to understand user needs, behaviors, and pain points in the publishing industry, and translate the findings into actionable design insights
5. Create wireframe, user flows and interactive prototypes to effectively communicate design concepts and user interactions
6. Conduct usability testing and gather feedback to iterate and refine designs based on user insights and feedback

   Design intuitive and visually appealing user interface that align with established brand guidelines and design principles
8. Collaborate with developers to ensure the implementation of design solution, providing guidance and clarifications when needed
   

Good to haves

• Experience designing workflow Management systems (WfMS) and/or enterprise products.
• Knowledge of web accessibility standards and guidelines.
• Bachelors or Masters degree in design, Human computer interaction (HCI) or any related field.
