Software Engineer - Temenos Administrator

What youll do:

• Assist in maintaining Temenos environments (Dev, Test, Prod).
• Support configuration, patching, and environment refresh activities.
• Monitor system health and escalate performance issues.
• Participate in COB (Close of Business) optimization efforts; monitor COB execution and follow up with the Temenos team in case of failures.

• Coordinate with the Temenos team to investigate and resolve PACS-related issues; assign appropriate priority levels and ensure timely follow-ups.
• Triaging incoming support tickets, categorizing issues, and ensuring timely resolution or escalation.
• Use ticketing tools such as JIRA to manage incidents, changes, and service requests.
• Manage user access and basic security configurations.
• Document procedures and support change and incident management processes.

What you need:

• Degree in B.Tech/ BE/ BCA/ MCA with 1-2 years of relevant experience.
• Exposure to Temenos T24, TAFJ, or T24 Browser.
• Knowledge of SQL and other databases.
• Experience using ticketing system like JIRA.
• Strong willingness to learn and grow in a core banking environment.
