Data Analyst - Data Visualization

Job Summary: As a Product Analyst based in Chennai, you will play a crucial role in analyzing product data, generating insights, and creating dashboards that outline the health and performance of our products and overall business. This role is pivotal in driving data-driven decision-making and ensuring the continuous improvement of our product offerings.
Key Responsibilities:

• Data Analysis:
• Collect, clean, and analyze product data from various sources.
• Identify key performance indicators (KPIs) and metrics relevant to product and business health.
• Conduct thorough data analysis to uncover trends, patterns, and insights.
• Dashboard Creation:
• Design and develop interactive and visually appealing dashboards.
• Ensure dashboards provide real-time and actionable insights for stakeholders.
• Regularly update and maintain dashboards to reflect the latest data.
• Reporting:
• Generate comprehensive reports on product performance and business health.

• Present findings and recommendations to management and other stakeholders.
• Communicate complex data insights in a clear and concise manner.
• Collaboration:
• Work closely with cross-functional teams including product development, marketing, and sales.
• Collaborate with BI and data engineering teams to ensure data integrity and availability.
• Provide data-driven support for strategic decision-making processes.
• Continuous Improvement:
• Identify opportunities for process improvement and optimization.
• Stay updated with industry trends and best practices in product analysis and data visualization.
• Implement new tools and technologies to enhance data analysis capabilities.
  

Qualifications:

• Prefer a Bachelor’s degree in Data Science, Statistics, Business Analytics, Computer Science, or a related field.

  Get Hired
• Proven 2 - 5 Years of experience as a Product Analyst, Data Analyst, or similar role.
• Strong proficiency in data analysis tools and software (e.g., Excel, SQL, Python, R).
• Experience with data visualization tools (e.g. Hex, Snowflake, Looker, Power BI, Tableau).
• Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills.
• Strong communication and presentation skills.
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
• Attention to detail and commitment to quality.
