Heres what youll be doing

We are looking for a finance expert for our finance department to look after payment transactions and our companys financial commitments. You will need to maintain ledgers, oversee tax-related processes, and maintain spreadsheets and databases of valuable information.

Key responsibilities:

Accounts receivable

• 
  Preparing Order-forms, and contracts to be finalized with customers
• Working closely with the team on invoicing, payment reminders, monitoring accounts receivables and revenue at risk.
• Tracking payments, reasons for hold-ups and communicating with team members.
• Tracking subscription renewals and ensuring all subscriptions are renewed without any delay.
• Identifying revenue leakage, if any.
• Preparing payment review decks for management.

Payroll processing

• Processing payroll including calculating employee pay, taxes, deductions, and benefits, and ensuring that employees are paid on time and accurately
• Ensuring compliance with relevant PF and other payroll laws and regulations, and ensuring compliance of the same
• Responding to employee inquiries about their salary, benefits, or taxes
• Preparing payroll reports for management review

Is this someone that looks like you

• Experience: 2-3 years of experience in a fast-paced start-up environment.
• CA (Chartered Accountant) or MBA from a recognized business school preferred.
• Excel ninja comfortable working on Google Suite, and Excel Champion, and generating relevant insights from revenue and payroll perspective.
• Good Communication skills.
• B2B SaaS experience preferred with exposure to various A/R and billing tools like Chargebee and payroll tools like Zoho or Keka
• QuickBooks, Bill.com, Stripe, etc.
