- Teachers today work 50+ hours a week. Too much of that time is spent navigating fragmented systems and administrative overhead. Our BHAG (Big Hairy Audacious Goal) is to save teachers 10+ hours every week while helping elevate their practices, so that time can go back to what matters most - teaching, learning, and meaningful time with students.

- First, Toddle brings the entire teaching and learning lifecycle into one place. Teachers plan and map curriculum, create assessments and gradebooks, maintain student portfolios, communicate with families, and generate progress reports and transcripts - all from a single, coherent system. Toddle also supports adjacent workflows where teachers are closely involved, including attendance, timetables, calendars, accreditation, behaviour management, analytics, and insights.
- Second, every layer of the platform is deeply AI-powered. Educators work with a thoughtful AI partner to plan curriculum, create lessons and assessments, assist with grading, write progress report comments, and derive insights from data. Toddle also offers student-facing AI Tutors, enabling highly personalized and immersive learning experiences.
- Third, Toddle integrates seamlessly with the broader school technology ecosystem. The platform supports 50+ integrations across SIS platforms, content providers, data & integration platforms, and workspaces such as Google, Apple, and Microsoft.

Here's what you'll be doing :
- We are looking for a strong generalist Program Manager to join our Growth team. In this role, you will work closely with Growth Leads on GTM initiatives across our key focus verticals in the U.S.
- This is a high-ownership role at the intersection of strategy, execution, and operations - supporting GTM planning, campaign execution, sales infrastructure setup, and ongoing analysis.
- You'll be expected to parallelize multiple initiatives, build clarity from ambiguity, and scale your impact as the U.S. business grows.
- Given the nature of the role, you will collaborate closely with both India-based and U.S.-based teams, which requires flexibility in working rhythms to ensure strong cross-timezone coordination.
Key Responsibilities :
- Partner with Growth Leads to drive GTM projects across priority initiatives and verticals
- Support the Growth function across strategy, execution, and operations
- Assist in setting up and scaling sales and GTM infrastructure (processes, tools, documentation)
- Own end-to-end execution of sales and marketing campaigns-from ideation and planning to launch, iteration, and reporting
- Coordinate with content, design, sales, and operations teams to ensure timely delivery
- Conduct analysis to evaluate the effectiveness of GTM channels and campaigns
- Act as a connective layer between India and U.S. teams, ensuring alignment, cadence, and follow-through
- We're hiring for this role from two primary backgrounds, but both share the same underlying mindset and values.
Profile 1 - Top-tier consultants :
- You may come from a top-tier consulting firm and have worked across multiple projects in fast-changing environments.
- You're likely strong at structuring problems, communicating clearly, and managing complex, multi-threaded programs. You've led teams before, think from first principles, and operate with deep humility.
Profile 2 - Experienced growth operators :
- You may be an experienced software operator with prior exposure to regional or global growth & marketing roles. You've worked across brand, digital, and field marketing, and understand how to build pipeline in partnership with sales.
- You're comfortable owning regions, running events, and adapting positioning to different local contexts across India and global markets.

Role Requirements :
Experience : 2-3 years in a growth, program management, consulting, or operations role within a fast-paced B2B SaaS or technology company
Location : Based in India | 100% remote
Time-zone collaboration : This role works regular India business hours, with collaboration with our US-based teams between 7-11 PM IST.
