About the Role

Togglenow is seeking a Social Media Manager to expand our digital presence and establish thought leadership across social platforms, with a strong focus on LinkedIn.

This role will involve planning, creating, and managing content that drives engagement, builds brand credibility, and supports marketing initiatives.

You will work closely with leadership to transform ideas, blogs, and industry insights into impactful social media content that resonates with our audience.

Key Responsibilities

Social Media Strategy

• Plan and execute a structured social media strategy aligned with company objectives
• Develop and maintain a monthly content calendar
• Identify opportunities to increase reach, engagement, and audience growth

Content Creation

• Write compelling LinkedIn posts, captions, and short-form content
• Repurpose blogs, whitepapers, case studies, and webinars into social media content
• Coordinate with designers to create carousels, creatives, and short videos

Platform Management

• Manage and grow company presence on LinkedIn, Twitter (X), and YouTube
• Schedule and publish posts using social media management tools
• Monitor comments, messages, and community interactions

Performance and Analytics

• Track engagement metrics including impressions, reach, engagement rate, and follower growth
• Prepare monthly performance reports and optimization recommendations

Industry and Trend Monitoring

• Stay updated on social media trends, algorithms, and best practices
• Identify trending formats and content opportunities relevant to our industry

Key Performance Indicators (KPIs)

• Content consistency: 1216 quality posts per month
• Engagement growth: Increase engagement rate across platforms
• Follower growth: Steady increase in LinkedIn followers
• Content reach: Improving impressions and visibility
• Content repurposing: Turning blogs, insights, and whitepapers into multiple social posts

Required Skills and Qualifications

• 24 years of experience in Social Media Management or Digital Marketing
• Strong writing and storytelling skills
• Experience managing LinkedIn pages and professional social media accounts
• Familiarity with tools such as Hootsuite, Buffer, Sprout Social, or similar
• Basic experience with Canva or other design tools
• Analytical mindset with ability to interpret engagement metrics

Preferred Qualifications

• Experience managing B2B or technology brands
• Familiarity with LinkedIn thought leadership strategies
• Understanding of content marketing and SEO
