Job Description
Roles & Responsibilities:
A. Geometry Preparation: Perform CAD defeaturing, simplification, and domain extraction
to prepare models for structural, thermal, and CFD analysis using ANSYS tools.
B. Meshing Operations: Generate and refine baseline meshes, establish proper named
selections, and conduct mesh quality checks to ensure models are solver-ready.Post-Processing Support: Extract quantitative data (e.g., surface integrals, probe readings)
and generate standard visual outputs like contour plots and velocity vectors.
C. Reporting & Documentation: Assist in drafting technical reports by compiling mesh
statistics, boundary condition summaries, and simulation results into standardized
templates.
D. Data Management: Organize project directories, manage file archiving, and ensure all
simulation assets are properly stored and documented.
Other Competencies: documentation, basic design
Computer / Technical Skills: CAE, Thermal design
