As we expand our team and strengthen our operations, we are seeking a motivated and experienced Blue-Collar Recruiter to join our HR department. This role is essential to support our growing workforce, ensuring we hire the best talent to maintain our high standards of service and efficiency.

We are looking for a dedicated Blue Collar Recruiter to manage and streamline our recruitment process for our retail and distribution operations. As a key member of the HR team, you will be responsible for sourcing, screening, and hiring blue-collar workers across various roles within our company, including retail staff, warehouse personnel, and logistics staff. Your role will be critical in ensuring that we have a skilled and reliable workforce to meet business needs.

Key Responsibilities:

• Conduct full-cycle recruitment for blue-collar roles, including retail staff, warehouse associates, delivery personnel, logistics staff and other operational positions.
• Partner with hiring managers to understand staffing needs and role requirements.
• Source candidates through various channels, including job boards, social media, referrals, and on-ground recruitment events.
• Screen resumes and conduct initial interviews to assess candidate qualifications, skills, and cultural fitment.
• Coordinate with external recruitment agencies and third-party vendors to fulfill hiring needs.
  
• Maintain accurate and up-to-date records of candidate interactions and recruitment activities.
• Organize and attend job fairs, recruitment drives, and other hiring events to attract potential candidates.
• Prepare and extend job offers to selected candidates, ensuring all necessary paperwork is completed.
• Assist in onboarding new hires, ensuring they are properly inducted into their roles and the company culture.
• Ensure compliance with all labor laws and company policies throughout the recruitment process.
• Work closely with the HR team to track and report on key recruitment metrics, ensuring goals are met.

Key Requirements:

• Proven experience as a recruiter, specifically for blue-collar roles in retail, distribution, or related industries.
• Familiarity with recruitment techniques and tools to effectively source blue-collar talent.
• Strong interpersonal skills with the ability to communicate effectively with candidates from diverse backgrounds.
• Ability to handle high-volume recruitment needs in a fast-paced environment.
• Knowledge of labor laws and employment regulations specific to blue-collar workers.
• Strong organizational and time-management skills.
• Proficiency in MS Office and HR software.

Education & Experience:
