Job Summary
We are looking for a motivated HR Generalist cum Recruiter to handle end-to-end recruitment along with day-to-day HR generalist activities. The candidate will be responsible for hiring, employee lifecycle management, and ensuring smooth HR processes.
Key Responsibilities

• Recruitment and Talent Acquisition:
• Handle the end-to-end recruitment process (sourcing to onboarding)

• Post job openings on portals and social media
• Screen resumes and conduct initial interviews
• Coordinate interviews with hiring managers
• Maintain the candidate database and follow-ups
• Ensure timely closure of open positions
• HR Operations/Generalist:
• Manage employee onboarding and documentation
• Maintain employee records and HR databases

  Get Hired
  Handle attendance, leave records, and payroll coordination
• Support HR policy implementation
• Manage employee engagement activities
• Handle exit formalities and full and final settlement
• Maintain attendance records regularly and accurately
• Manage soft and hard copies of documents
• Assist in compliance related to PF, ESIC, and TDS
• Handle employee grievance management
