Job Description

We are looking for an experienced UGC Content Manager who can plan, create, and execute high-performing user-generated content (UGC) ads across digital platforms. The ideal candidate understands consumer psychology, short-form video trends, and performance marketing, and has hands-on experience producing UGC ads that drive conversions.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Plan and develop UGC ad strategies aligned with brand and performance goals
  • Research trends, competitors, and audience behavior to create engaging ad concepts
  • Write compelling scripts and hooks for UGC-style video ads (Reels, Shorts )
  • Coordinate with creators/influencers to produce authentic and high-converting content
  • Manage end-to-end execution: ideation, scripting , shooting , editing , publishing
  • Test multiple ad creatives, hooks, and formats to optimize performance
  • Collaborate with content and performance marketing teams to scale winning creatives
  • Analyze ad performance metrics and continuously improve content
  • Build and maintain a network of UGC creators

Required Skills:

  • Strong understanding of UGC ad formats and social media platforms (Instagram, YouTube, etc.)
  • Strong communication and team management skills
  • Excellent scriptwriting and storytelling skills for short-form content
  • Knowledge of performance marketing and ad metrics
  • Basic video editing understanding (tools like Premiere Pro, CapCut, Final Cut Pro)

  • Creative thinking with a data-driven mindset

Experience Requirements:

  • 3–5 years of experience in UGC content, performance marketing, or ad creative roles
  • Proven track record of creating successful UGC ads for brands (D2C preferred)
  • Experience in handling multiple ad campaigns and managing creators
  • Experience working with influencer marketing campaigns
  • Understanding of Meta Ads and Google Ads ecosystem
  • Ability to identify viral trends quickly and adapt them into ads
