Marketing Manager - Branding & Communication

Role & responsibilities

Brand Strategy & Positioning
• Develop annual brand strategy aligned with business goals
• Define positioning, value proposition, messaging, and communication guidelines
• Build strong, trustdriven brand narratives
• Ensure consistent brand experience across all consumer touchpoints

Integrated Campaign Planning
• Lead endtoend ATL, BTL, Digital, OOH, and partnership campaigns
• Create sharp, insightdriven briefs for agencies
• Oversee execution to maintain message and strategy alignment
• Track and report campaign impact against brand and business KPIs

Content & Communication

Brand Governance & Measurement
• Monitor brand health KPIsawareness, recall, consideration, trust
• Ensure regulatory compliance in all communication
• Conduct ongoing market and competitor analysis to refine positioning

Preferred candidate profile

• 710 years of experience in diagnostics, hospital chains, healthcare services, or health-tech platforms
• Demonstrated experience leading brand strategy and large-scale campaigns in healthcare
