Manager/Senior Manager - Debt Advisory

:

• Execute and supervise Syndication, Project Finance Advisory, Refinancing, Restructuring, Financial Appraisal, Project Appraisal, and Due Diligence mandates independently from proposal formulation to credit approval and documentation.
• Possess excellent financial modelling skills and knowledge of preparing and reviewing complex financial models.
• Analyze financial statements, including balance sheets, profit and loss accounts, and cash flows to provide solutions to clients.
• Perform thorough analysis of financial statements for risk assessment, evaluate business models, and prepare Information Memorandums, CMA data, projections, and project reports.
• Experience in liaisoning with Banks, FIs, NBFCs, and Funds with strong convincing skills to expedite proposals.
• Understanding of bank functioning, products, and policies relating to lending, credit facilities, restructuring, and resolution of stressed assets.
• Knowledge of RBI guidelines for loans, credit, ECB, provisioning, and IBC/NCLT guidelines for resolution of stressed assets.
• Handle pre and post sanction activities including credit evaluation, preparation of term sheets, legal documentation, and negotiation until loan disbursement.
• Keep the team informed on relevant regulatory, legal, and compliance guidelines.
• Coordinate with clients for data collection and report completion for financial institutions.
• Make presentations to banks and handle queries to facilitate credit sanction and resolution of stressed assets.

Requirements:

• MBA or CA qualification required.
• Must be willing to work from the Gurugram location.
