Business Development Manager

What role you will play in team: Lead the business development efforts for our educational programs, focusing on strategic partnerships and new market penetration. You'll work closely with marketing and program development to maximize reach and impact.

What you will do: You will research and identify potential partners and funding opportunities, negotiate contracts, and manage relationships to ensure successful program implementation and growth.

Key responsibility:

• Develop and execute a comprehensive business development strategy.
• Identify and cultivate relationships with potential partners (schools, institutions, corporations).
• Negotiate and manage contracts with partners.
• Develop and manage marketing materials for programs.
  
• Track progress of programs and report to leadership team.
• Manage budgets and resources related to business development.

Required Qualification and Skills:

• Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Education, or a related field.
• Proven experience in business development within the education sector (2-4 years).
• Strong understanding of the Indian education market.
• Excellent communication, negotiation, and relationship-building skills.
