Job Overview
We are searching for a skilled Legal Advisor to join our team .As a Legal Advisor, you will be responsible for providing expert legal advice and support to the company in matters relating to immigration and educational consultancy. This is a mid-level position, requiring 3+years of experience. The job location is Chandigarh, Chandigarh, India. The employment type for this role can be either Full-Time or Part-Time.
Qualifications And Skills

• 
  Bachelors degree in Law from a recognized institution.
• 3+years of experience as a Legal Advisor, preferably in the immigration or educational consultancy industry.
• Sound knowledge of immigration laws, regulations, and procedures.
• Familiarity with international educational systems and visa procedures is a plus.
  

Roles And Responsibilities

• Provide legal advice and guidance to the company on matters related to immigration laws, regulations, and procedures.
• Review and draft legal documents, including contracts, agreements, and policies.
• Conduct legal research and provide legal opinions on complex matters.
• Represent the company in legal proceedings, if required.
