Key Responsibilities

• Proven track record leading large-scale, complex programmes with cross-org dependencies
• Comfortable managing cross-functional dependencies — HMI, platform, OEM, third-party vendors
• Delivered in Agile/Scrum with iterative, milestone-based releases in automotive programmes.

You are a successful candidate if you:

• 12+years of software engineering experience with significant embedded automotive or IVI background
• Experience in C/C++ 14/17 and in full engineering lifecycle of embedded applications in Linux
• 
  Embedded Platforms — HAL, power states, STR, multi-client architecture
• RPC / IPC — Capn Proto, Protobuf, UDS
• CI/CD — GitLab CI, GitHub, DCS pipeline setup and maintenance
• Testing & Automation — GTest, CppLint, Python, Appium, ADB, REST/HTTP
• Experience in designing and developing embedded software and integrating with underlying systems - preferably automotive infotainment systems
• Stakeholder Communication — Cross-org alignment, change request governance handling
