Shifts: Rotational shift (Including Rotational weekends and holidays)

Role Overview:

• We are looking for enthusiastic and customer-focused individuals to join our team as
• Customer Care Executives. The ideal candidate will be responsible for handling customer
• interactions across various channels, resolving queries, and ensuring high levels of customer
• satisfaction.

Key Responsibilities:

• Handle inbound and/or outbound customer calls, chats, or emails professionally.
• Resolve customer queries related to products, services, billing, orders, or complaints.
• Ensure first contact resolution (FCR) and maintain customer satisfaction (CSAT)

scores.

• Document all customer interactions accurately in the system.
• Follow standard operating procedures (SOPs) and adhere to quality guidelines.
• Escalate unresolved issues to higher levels appropriately.
• Meet performance KPIs such as AHT, quality, attendance, and productivity.
• Stay updated on product/process knowledge through regular training sessions.

Eligibility Criteria:

• Education: Graduate (Any stream). Or 12th pass with 6 months of experience
• Experience: Freshers and experienced candidates can apply.
• Communication: Good verbal and written communication skills (English)
• Basic computer knowledge and typing skills.
• Willingness to work in rotational shifts and 5-day work week (2 weekly offs)

Preferred Skills:

• Customer-centric attitude with empathy and patience.
• Ability to multitask and handle pressure in a fast-paced environment.
• Prior experience in BPO / customer service / voice process is a plus.
